We first met Abraham when listing our property for sale in the summer of 2021 on one of the hottest days of the year – though you could not tell by his 3 piece suit! He was professional but with a very understanding and human approach which I warmed to from the outset. HIs knowledge of the local area and properties is likely second to none. Abraham and Colin were both incredibly helpful in securing the sale of our flat and efficient at managing the buyers queries.

After the purchase of a flat with an alternate agent fell through, Abraham quickly found a suitable property for me to stay locally and managed the upward chain and associated solicitors to ensure timely exchange and completion. They were never pushy, and clearly have precise knowledge of both the local area and the current market price trends.
