We had an earlier sales process with another Crouch End agent which had fallen over twice due to unforced errors. As we could no longer trust this agency, we contacted our original agency, Castles, to re-market the property. Abraham was our direct contact. Thanks to his help, he not only engaged with the latest buyer to provide an unbiased and impartial view on the severity of the subsidence matter, he also used his legal contacts to secure generalist insurance for the entire building with full subsidence cover at standard rates from a blue-chip insurer. This was accomplished in 3 weeks. He did this for free to help our family as we were in some distress. Tellingly, his alternative would have been to re-market a property he knew well and benefit from the agency fee. In my opinion, that is the agency and agent you should choose to work with in Crouch End.

After buying our property through Castles in 2019 we knew when we eventually came to sell we would use Castles’ services again.
