I’ve used Castles in Palmers Green twice now, and on both occasions Nof and the team have been exceptional.
The first time, I initially wanted to rent my flat rather than sell. Before the property had even gone on Rightmove, Nof had already found a tenant, an impressive start that immediately showed the kind of proactive approach that sets them apart.
When I later decided to sell, the process was far from straightforward. The flat had some challenging issues, including high managing agent fees that were putting off potential buyers, alongside a few other unfavourable factors that made it a tricky sale. Several other agents in the area valued the property unrealistically high, which was deterring buyers before they’d even booked a viewing. Nof took a different approach, pricing the property honestly and at a level that actually got people through the door. That realistic valuation made all the difference.
Once the sale was underway, Nof and the wider Palmers Green team, including Sergi, kept me updated throughout the entire process. Communication was consistent and reassuring, and when tensions arose between solicitors, the team acted as brilliant mediators, keeping things on track and stopping small issues from becoming big ones.
