I had dealt with a number of estate agents previously in Enfield who disappointed me by not returning calls and placing me in the back of their priority list. Castles Estate Agent in Enfield was a refreshing change as they dealt with me professionally and special mention to Ashli who was helpful, polite and courteous throughout. There were a number of teething issues identified in the survey report and later just before exchange however she facilitating further viewings and liaising with the vendor tactfully before a solution was finally agreed. We have now completed on the property. Many thanks to Ashli, Stephen, and Franco for showing us to a large number of properties and being so patient with us throughout. I can definitely recommend using Castles Enfield and I certainly will be using them again.

There aren’t enough positive words to describe my experience with Castles! The team (Stephen, Franco and Ashli) are all so knowledgeable, polite, they vet their viewers/buyers so well and they’re an absolute pleasure to work with! We were with a previous agency for 16 months, with nothing happening. When we re-marketed with Castles, not only did we have more viewings than we’d ever had in the previous 16 months but we also had 3 offers in less than one month of marketing with them, one of which completed today! Ashli oversaw our sale and she was absolutely brilliant! I never had to chase or felt like I was left in the lurch as she kept me up-to-date every single step of the way. Castles were exceptional every step of the way in my home purchase, even though I had to pull out in the end due to major issues with solicitors on both sides.

Ela was always responsive and positive, and extremely helpful in negotiating with the vendors, getting me access to the property when showing surveyors and builders, communicating with solicitors (despite them being very unresponsive) and giving insights on the steps of the buying process.

Josh was always on hand to step in for major points like price renegotiation and gave a balanced and fair view of things to both sides.

Overall, I would certainly recommend Castles and it is a shame things didn’t work out in my particular case.

Very pleased with Castles Enfield who dealt with the sale of my property. I initially met with Stephen whom I found very amicable. Castles had had good results in the area for sales both in terms of speed of sale and property prices. They were always easy to get hold of. We had numerous viewings on one particular day which led to several offers. Castles checked each offer to ensure they had the funds agreed for purchase and gave me a little bit of background on each buyer. I’ve been thoroughly impressed with the team at Castles Palmers Green. I was buying a property through them, Sergio has been professional throughout, he was always on top of the process, accommodating and checked in regularly in a respectful manner to make sure things were moving along, and did what he can to help. Like most people, my past experiences with estate agents have not been the great, but the Castles team has certainly shown me that there are decent ones out there. They vetted my offer carefully (in a lot more detail than others), and you can tell they genuinely wanted to complete the sale as quickly as possible. Next time I need to sell a property, I’d definitely have Castles as one of my top picks.

We had 3 agents round to discuss how to sell the house. Daniel at Castles gave us a different approach to the others which we liked. We instructed on the Saturday, it went on the market on Tuesday after they took photos etc because of the Bank Holiday (Monday). 6 couples booked a viewing on the following Saturday. 4 arrived and we had 2 offers on the Monday.
