Nof Tona, our charismatic and deeply passionate Managing Director, truly embodies the spirit of Castles. Widely regarded as one of the best-known estate agents across North and East London, Nof’s reputation has been built on 33 years of dedication, expertise, and results.

His journey with Castles began 33 years ago as a Property Consultant. Through sheer determination, hard work, and an unwavering commitment to excellence, he progressed through every level of the business—Branch Manager, Sales Director, and now Managing Director—gaining invaluable experience across all seven branches along the way.

Nof remains incredibly active in the day-to-day running of the business, continuing to carry out market appraisals and conduct viewings. He is also heavily involved across sales, lettings, and property management, working closely with solicitors, surveyors, and mortgage brokers to ensure every transaction progresses smoothly. Alongside this, he provides ongoing support to his management department, helping to oversee operations and maintain the highest level of service across the business. His knowledge of the local market is second to none, and his presence is well known throughout the community.

A devoted family man, Nof enjoys staying active at the gym and playing football. He is also deeply committed to supporting and developing those around him, having helped train and guide staff past and present, and is always on hand to offer advice and support.

As a leader, Nof inspires those around him, building and nurturing a team of exceptional local professionals who share his drive to deliver outstanding results. He is especially known for his strong support within the local community, where his dedication and willingness to help others have made a lasting impact.

Abraham, born and raised in North London has spent over 35 years associated with Crouch End and neighbouring areas. His long affiliation is borne from the warmth and friendliness of the residents who create the feeling of a 'village' community and a sense of belonging. He successfully manages a dedicated, close-knit team who have worked collaboratively for over 20 years, a rare achievement within the industry. His commitment, passion and enthusiasm to provide exemplary service to his clients is paramount and reflected within his mantra of striving to please and achieve.

Abraham has extensive knowledge of the local vicinity, it's wide spectrum of properties and an astute understanding of market conditions. Abraham is a family man who enjoys playing sports, going to the theatre, watching classic films and visiting culturally enriched countries.

Spencer brings over 30 years of experience across the full spectrum of the London property market. A highly accomplished and results-driven professional, he combines exceptional local knowledge with a proven track record of delivering outstanding results for his clients.

Known for his honesty, integrity, and expert negotiation skills, Spencer takes a proactive and hands-on approach to every instruction. He understands that moving home is one of life’s most significant milestones and is committed to making the process as smooth, efficient, and stress-free as possible.

Having successfully guided a diverse range of clients across London, Spencer consistently exceeds expectations through his dedication, attention to detail, and ability to tailor his service to each individual. Outside of work, Spencer enjoys spending time with family and friends and values a balanced, down-to-earth lifestyle. A passionate Ipswich Town season ticket holder and keen golfer, he brings the same enthusiasm and focus to his personal interests as he does to his profession.

Stephen has enjoyed working for Castles for 25 years, working up from trainee sales negotiator to branch manager. He has worked across some of our North London offices, before settling at the Enfield office.

NAEA qualified, he has a wealth of expertise and experience in all aspects of estate agency working successfully through both good and bad market conditions. He has an excellent reputation locally and prides himself in providing an honest and professional service.

Stuart has been with Castles now for over 15 years and has worked in estate agency for over 25 years within the local vacinity, so has extensive knowledge of the job and the area meaning nothing phases him and he can adapt to any changes that may happen when it comes to the housing market. His favourite part of the job is recommended business and has helped many people buy a property and then gone on to sell their properties years later.

Stuart is very family orientated and is proud of his three children and the fact that he is celebrating 20 years of marriage this year.

David is a seasoned property professional with an impressive 16-year track record in the North East London and West Essex Lettings markets. Specialising in lettings and property management, David has honed his expertise through years of hands-on experience. Known for his understanding of the local market and the lettings process, he has consistently delivered exceptional results for clients and landlords alike. David's commitment to excellence, coupled with his dedication to client satisfaction, has earned him a reputation as a trusted and accomplished expert. With his extensive knowledge and passion, David is the go-to professional for all your lettings needs.

George is a vital member of the Waltham Abbey team, having lived in the area his entire life.
