The spirit of Castles is embodied in Nof Tona, our charismatic and incomparably passionate MD, who is possibly the best-known estate agent in North London.

Nof has been with Castles for 29 years now, starting as a Property Consultant and through sheer determination and hard work in each of our seven branches, worked his way up through Branch Manager, Sales Director and now Managing Director of Castles.

There is nothing Nof does not know about his market and he is a familiar figure in the area. He is also a dedicated family man who attends a local gym and still enjoys playing football and walking his dog, Poppy.

An inspirational leader and recruiter of exceptional local individuals who reflect his passion for delivering results. Nof now leads one of the most prominent and successful independent estate agents in North London. His dynamic approach suggests that Castles’ market share is set to continue its impressive growth trajectory; but ultimately for Nof, it’s about helping people move!

Abraham, born and raised in North London has spent over 35 years associated with Crouch End and neighbouring areas. His long affiliation is borne from the warmth and friendliness of the residents who create the feeling of a 'village' community and a sense of belonging. He successfully manages a dedicated, close-knit team who have worked collaboratively for over 20 years, a rare achievement within the industry. His commitment, passion and enthusiasm to provide exemplary service to his clients is paramount and reflected within his mantra of striving to please and achieve.

Abraham has extensive knowledge of the local vicinity, it's wide spectrum of properties and an astute understanding of market conditions. Abraham is a family man who enjoys playing sports, going to the theatre, watching classic films and visiting culturally enriched countries.

Stephen has enjoyed working for Castles for 25 years, working up from trainee sales negotiator to branch manager. He has worked across some of our North London offices, before settling at the Enfield office.

NAEA qualified, he has a wealth of expertise and experience in all aspects of estate agency working successfully through both good and bad market conditions. He has an excellent reputation locally and prides himself in providing an honest and professional service.

Stuart has been with Castles now for over 15 years and has worked in estate agency for over 25 years within the local vacinity, so has extensive knowledge of the job and the area meaning nothing phases him and he can adapt to any changes that may happen when it comes to the housing market. His favourite part of the job is recommended business and has helped many people buy a property and then gone on to sell their properties years later.

Stuart is very family orientated and is proud of his three children and the fact that he is celebrating 20 years of marriage this year.

Alex Philippou has been in the sales and lettings industry for over 16 years and joined Castles in 2009. ARLA qualified, he supports all 8 offices throughout North, East London and Essex with his wealth of experience in all aspects of letting. He helps and advises new and current landlords with any legal concerns they may have.

He is proud to say that Lettings & Management are a big part of the company and continue to expand. He loves the fact that every day is different, meeting new people, seeing a variety of properties and improving his knowledge and experience.

Alex is a family man and enjoys playing football in his spare time and keeping fit and healthy.

Josh joined Castles as a junior negotiator after relocating from Leicester and has worked within the borough of Hackney for over half a decade to become the branch manager. Embedding himself within the local community, he doesn’t simply work in Hackney he has become a part of it.
He prides himself in his ability in helping people move and is meticulous in managing the transactions of what is often clients’ biggest asset.

With a keen interest in non-fictional literature and personal development, watching stand-up comedy is also a regular past time as is supporting Leicester City football club from the comfort of his sofa.

Narvir has been an estate agent for over 15 years and is best described as always fighting his client’s corner. With extensive knowledge of the property and financial markets he is always working closely with his vendors and team to give the best quality service and advice to his clients. He is a great believer in evidence based advice to help his clients navigate the property market.

Managing a passionate and enthusiastic team they are all about their clients and helping them find their dream home.

George is a valuable member of the Tottenham team, having lived and worked in the area for over twelve years. His vast knowledge throughout the property market and local facilities enables him to provide an honest, professional approach, giving strong accurate advice when needed and ensuring to always work within the clients’ best interests with all the right marketing tools required to attract the perfect buyers and tenants for our clients.

Having lived and worked in Waltham Abbey for the whole of his career, Daniel has an excellent understanding of the area and is highly regarded as being the most accomplished agent, helping him build an unrivalled rapport with local clients. Over 15 years ago, he started his time at Castles as a trainee sales consultant and quickly established himself to become Branch Manager. He prides himself in providing an honest, professional approach, giving strong accurate advice when needed and ensuring to always work within the clients’ best interests. This has resulted in Castles being one of Waltham Abbey’s leading estate agents for many years now, thanks to many recommendations, positive testimonials and continuous repeat business.
