Exceptional and supportive service, we had a really positive experience buying with Castles. I wanted to review Castles Estates and particularly a huge recommendation on Nancy in the maintenance department. Nancy has always been extremely responsive, supportive and professional with any maintenance issue I’ve had. She goes above and beyond, she really helped once when the lock on my property had an issue and locked me out. It was a bank holiday, but Nancy was able to arrange for a locksmith to come out within the hour, who was able to identify that there was an issue with the lock. Everyone has been wonderful at Castles, and made my renting experience super easy. Thanks again Castles and Nancy!

Especially a big shout out to Nancy on the repairs team she has worked very hard to make sure we have things working the way it should at home with our repair works during Covid-19 as well.
