I recently visited a lot of letting agents recently as i was searching for a property to rent and was very sure that it would be very difficult for me as my rent is covered by dss. After visiting and leaving my details with many agents i had no joy or had to keep chasing agents my self to get updates. Then finally my last stop was castles Edmonton where i was greeting by Alex. Alex was very professional extremely friendly. He took my details and and made notes of what i was looking for and where. Within that week he arranged a viewing for me for a wonderful property that i was really happy with and made regular contact with me with updates totally made the process of contacting the council and sorting the deposit out very simple and easy. I had 4 estate agents come to give valuations, Stephen stood out from the rest right from the start. He was punctual, had done his research, was knowledgeable and professional, without being pushy.
Castles kept us up to date every step of the way, I received emails confirming viewings and regular feedback. There was always someone there to answer the phone and my calls were always promptly returned if there person I needed to speak to was out of the office.
Viewings were on time and as the property was empty, all viewing were managed by Castles.
We had a number of offers and were advised on the best course of action.
Castles didn’t just drop us once the offer was accepted, they kept in contact and chased the buyers when necessary.

Jay is a great estate agent. Always helpful on the phone and keen to help and along with James highly professional in the way they did business. They provided an honest and confident service ensuring that they found the right buyer. Selling a property is never easy, but along with Jay and James I was highly impressed at how quickly they found the right buyer and generated so much interest in my property.

Abraham has helped me buy two houses – one for me ten years ago – and one for my parents. He is incredible. Meticulous and detailed when it comes to finding what you need – then relentless when it comes to securing the deal and getting it over the line. And all of it done with a huge amount of care and consideration and efficiency that takes so much of the stress out of the task. With my elderly parents – he could not have been kinder, constantly reassuring them and resolving any of the many issues they threw at him. For them, the timeframe was important – and he got the whole move done in under 4 weeks. I can’t recommend Abraham highly enough. I still sit in our home now – a decade on – and can’t believe we’re actually here and know we wouldn’t be here but for his tenacity and smart work. My own estate agent had been a nightmare – saved entirely by Abraham, who was selling the place we eventually bought. So – certainly 5 stars – more if I could. We first started our relationship with Castles about a year ago when my wife and I were looking for more space than our two-bed flat for our growing family. Our first interaction, Sandro, was very pleasant and he was able to find a rental that met our needs. Whilst we were in the market for a purchase, at the time there was just nothing suited for our needs, or that really spoke to us. Whilst residing in the Crouch End area, we fell in love with it, and kept looking to purchase our future home. Having put our names on every estate agent call / mailing list, I can personally say that the offerings presented to us by Castles vs the others were night and day. I can honestly count on one hand the number of times I was contacted by Castles on a property meeting our needs, to which viewings followed, while the others just bombarded us with spam emails or calls pushing for us to consider properties, especially ones specifically excluded from our viewing criteria. Abraham, Sandro, and Colin were always helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. As a buyer they are hands down the best estate agency we have dealt with and have personally debunked the stereotypical estate agent stigma. If you are looking for a house in Crouch End and you are not in contact with Castles you are making a big mistake.
