We first started our relationship with Castles about a year ago when my wife and I were looking for more space than our two-bed flat for our growing family. Our first interaction, Sandro, was very pleasant and he was able to find a rental that met our needs. Whilst we were in the market for a purchase, at the time there was just nothing suited for our needs, or that really spoke to us. Whilst residing in the Crouch End area, we fell in love with it, and kept looking to purchase our future home. Having put our names on every estate agent call / mailing list, I can personally say that the offerings presented to us by Castles vs the others were night and day. I can honestly count on one hand the number of times I was contacted by Castles on a property meeting our needs, to which viewings followed, while the others just bombarded us with spam emails or calls pushing for us to consider properties, especially ones specifically excluded from our viewing criteria. Abraham, Sandro, and Colin were always helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. As a buyer they are hands down the best estate agency we have dealt with and have personally debunked the stereotypical estate agent stigma. If you are looking for a house in Crouch End and you are not in contact with Castles you are making a big mistake.

Having dealt with numerous estate agents, it was refreshing to meet someone as genuine and honest as Jay at the Palmers Green branch.
