Castles were our seller’s agents in our recent purchase. Sandro did such an excellent job showing us around the very first time we viewed that we fell in love almost immediately, and we cannot thank Abraham enough for all his help getting the transaction over the finish line. Although we were in a chain and had our own agents, when things got stuck in negotiations, it was Castles that came to the table with solutions, and fair concessions. Without their hard work and input, there is a good chance that the sale may have fallen through.
