My agents name is Gentain and he is a very kind man who does not display the stereotypical manner associated with estate agents. I recommend him; he was understanding and was not forcefull which can make moving home even more stressfull. He advised me to take my time looking for somewhere to live after I had sold. He was not constantly on my back but would phone me for updates say once a week. Stuart who is the manager is also very down to earth who I had some dealings with.

We had a complicated sale and fraught with drama but Castles managed to pull the rabbit out of the hat and calm our nerves on many occasions and for this we were so grateful.
