Due to covid and other delays (not Castle’s fault!) it took quite a while to sell my property, but throughout I was very pleased with the commitment the Castles team gave to me. Stephen and Frank gave good advice and were supportive all the way to the finish line.

Just bought my first property and I am so luck to have found Jay from Castles Palmers Green. I actually contacted Castles to enquire about another property and Jay recommended that I viewed the one I ended up following in love with and buying. I recently sold a flat with castles as my agents and they were amazing. I ran into a few issues with the buyers and Hackney council but Josh and David always kept on top of everything. They were always available either by phone or by email which is a top bonus when you’re going through something as stressful as selling/buying. Another thing I must praise them both on is they took the time to talk to the estate agents where I was buying my new property from and kept them informed of all the obstacles and everything that was going on, which made my life so much easier. Overall, they’re all a great team together and I would recommend castles to anyone in the selling position.

We where taken through the whole procedure step by step. The staff are amazing, and so helpful. Nothing was to much, even calling to let us know what was going to happen next. Not a week went by that they didn’t call and let us know where we stood. I just can not recommend this Estate Agency enough. In our late 60s and everything explained to us properly, and in detail. I would recommend this Estate Agency to everyone.

We recently completed on our first property with Castles and Josh looked after us through the whole process. He’s excellent, cut from a different cloth than most estate agents we had previously dealt with, and he’s a lovely human all around. He was always available, always listened and gave sound advice, and was super proactive whenever the process threatened to grind to a halt. Max was our point of contact at Castles he was excellent throughout the selling process and we cannot recommend him and the team at Castles highly enough. Max worked tirelessly on our sale going through and nothing seemed too much for him even when there were several phone calls a day between us he was always easily contactable and always returned calls. He always kept everyone updated at all times working with both us, the buyers and our solicitors. He managed to steer everyone through the complicated bumps in the road of the selling and buying process often suggesting ways of compromising between ourselves and the buyers.
