Castles are the ‘Go To’ estate agent for property sales in Edmonton, they know the local property market extremely well, are efficient, professional and friendly. They are also fully conversant with the practicalities of probate and the prevailing mortgage market. They provide a full explanation of fee structure with reasoned recommendations on how to market the property. They were, through reputation, my first choice. I sought other quotations, but went with Castles who quoted the best fee structure. I was certainly not disappointed. If you have a property to sell in Enfield use Castles as your estate agent and Martin Shepherd as your solicitors.

There’s an old cliché about estate agents – cheap suits, half truths and terrible haircuts. I’m sure these stereotypes still exist, but you won’t find them at Castles. From the moment they agree to sell your property, you have an agent who will always take your calls, keep you informed of what’s going on – even if it’s nothing – and generally make you feel safe in the knowledge that they really are working for you. Right up to the end, and even after that if you need them to be. We needed them to be. The Castles agents are grown-ups, they don’t mess you around or keep anything from you. And really, they are always there, holding your hand as you do this big, largely unknown thing that can feel a bit scary at times. Selling your home isn’t something you do every day, and if you want to feel confident and taken care of while you’re doing it, you won’t do better than handing a huge chunk of the aggravation over to Castles. It’s like having a friend sell your house (except that you have to pay them at the end).
