I recently sold a flat with castles as my agents and they were amazing. I ran into a few issues with the buyers and Hackney council but Josh and David always kept on top of everything. They were always available either by phone or by email which is a top bonus when you’re going through something as stressful as selling/buying. Another thing I must praise them both on is they took the time to talk to the estate agents where I was buying my new property from and kept them informed of all the obstacles and everything that was going on, which made my life so much easier. We where taken through the whole procedure step by step. The staff are amazing, and so helpful. Nothing was to much, even calling to let us know what was going to happen next. Not a week went by that they didn’t call and let us know where we stood. I just can not recommend this Estate Agency enough. In our late 60s and everything explained to us properly, and in detail. We recently completed on our first property with Castles and Josh looked after us through the whole process. He’s excellent, cut from a different cloth than most estate agents we had previously dealt with, and he’s a lovely human all around. I feel that Abraham fully delivered on what he had estimated for our recent house sale in Highgate. He is an excellent communicator and kept me completely informed throughout the whole process.
