My second time using Castles and they did a brilliant job on our sale which has just completed. They actually sold me my flat in Crouch End three years ago and treated me with courtesy, professionalism and respect as a buyer. So when I came to sell the same property I went back to Colin to act on the sale and he was excellent. Had a really brilliant experience using Castles Estate Agent. I had two properties that didn’t go through so was really desperate to find somewhere I loved. When I finally found somewhere, Elena from Castles was super professional, warm and friendly . She answered all of my questions whenever I had them. I was desperate to complete before stamp duty to came into place on 31st March; Elena did everything she could to make this happen. I have now completed and am extremely happy with my first home. Even if there are things I am still unsure of in the flat, Elena is there to help and contact the vendor for me.

Honestly if I could give more than 5 stars I would happily give this team, they have been amazing in helping us find a buyer and selling our property. The manager Stephen is very knowledgeable, a wonderful person, and a great professional. It’s never easy selling a property, but he was excellent throughout the process.
We are very happy with their service and you can genuinely trust them. They are not like the other agents out there, this is an agency that cares.
