We recently completed the sale of our 3 bedroom flat in Clapton and cannot speak highly enough of the Castles team for their assistance. Max was our main point of contact and was such a great help. We had thought about using an online service to keep costs down but in the end were so pleased we had Castles on board. Through no one’s fault the sale took 6 months from buyer’s offer to completion, all with our baby’s due date looming. Max was always on hand to discuss the many matters as they arose with helpful and constructive advice. He even made himself available when he wasn’t working, which was hugely appreciated – on the one occasion he wasn’t available he handed over to David and Josh who picked things up seamlessly. We chose Max and Castles because they always demonstrated really good local market knowledge, are reasonable and not pushy but always commercial. Would readily recommend.
