We looked hard for the right agent to sell our flat in London. Mid pandemic the market was volatile and we needed a team that could appeal to and understand the needs of our potential buyers, as well as securing a reasonable sale price that stood firm. David, Josh and Max at Castles didn’t disappoint. David was always available, reliable and honest and remained our single point of contact throughout. He had a great manner and relatability and Josh and Max were always there to help when he couldn’t. We liked Castles because they felt like a local agent who really knew the area and what was reasonable in negotiations. In just 10 days they secured us an offer 15k over the asking price, which held to the point of sale. Hackney council suffered a cyber attack in this period which made selling challenging, but they did everything they could to smooth the process over. Exceptional and supportive service, we had a really positive experience buying with Castles.
