We had a very positive experience buying our house with Max’s help. We had been looking for a year by the time we came to Castles and were feeling fairly at the end of our tether. We have just sold a house in Homerton, east London and castles were excellent. Max was the lead for us and he was exceptionally good, there were a few issues during the sale relating to the chain and Max was on-top of it and kept us fully informed throughout. We had thought about using an online service to keep costs down but in the end were so pleased we had Castles on board. Through no one’s fault the sale took 6 months from buyer’s offer to completion, all with our baby’s due date looming. Max was always on hand to discuss the many matters as they arose with helpful and constructive advice. He even made himself available when he wasn’t working, which was hugely appreciated – on the one occasion he wasn’t available he handed over to David and Josh who picked things up seamlessly.
