I wasn’t using castles directly, but they were the agent at the bottom of our chain. I got in touch with them as there were a few issues and Ela was so helpful and even though I wasn’t her client she helped me and kept me updated throughout the sale process. She went above and beyond what was necessary and certainly was instrumental in making our chain go through. Thank you Ela.
