A1 service from start to finish. I had 4 estate agents come to give valuations, Stephen stood out from the rest right from the start. He was punctual, had done his research, was knowledgeable and professional, without being pushy. Castles kept us up to date every step of the way, I received emails confirming viewings and regular feedback. There was always someone there to answer the phone and my calls were always promptly returned if there person I needed to speak to was out of the office. Viewings were on time and as the property was empty, all viewing were managed by Castles. We had a number of offers and were advised on the best course of action. Castles didn’t just drop us once the offer was accepted, they kept in contact and chased the buyers when necessary. Tbh, if there is anything to complain about I can usually find it!
