We’ve loved living in this flat, with the ideal mix of green space and great location, close to a variety of shops, cafes, gyms, pubs and markets, and convenient transport connections.
The flat boasts unusually high ceilings, with floor to ceiling windows and a stunning view. The solid oak wood floors add to the bright and spacious feel, and the new bathroom was completely renovated with contemporary fittings and solid oak shelving, with herringbone tiles behind the sink area. The generously sized storage cupboard is also surprisingly big, and with added shelving. As the flat is on the top floor, heating costs are very low and being all electric, very Eco friendly too. If you lived here, you’d have Millfield’s park, Leyton and Hackney marshes right on your doorstep. It’s almost unbelievable to have so much green space whilst still in Zone 2. A 2 min walk over the bridge into Leyton marsh and it feels like you’re in the countryside. Head up river for the peaceful Walthamstow Wetlands and wildlife, or down river where you’ll find the buzzing Crate brewery, the Olympic Park and Westfields only a short walk, cycle or paddle, along the beautiful canal.
